CALL TO ORDER:
Mr. Steinhauer called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.
Motion to table approval of 6/21/17 minutes
Motion to approve minutes of 9/20/17 by Mr. Straub second by Ms.Cook. VOTE: 3-0
OLD BUSINESS: MSP # 17 – 004 Chester Hooper Restaurant in I – 1 Zone (Tom Howarth) Punkintown Rd Map 1 Lot 34
Continued Ordinance Review
Planning Board discussed possible additional uses and existing definition in Table A (ex: doggie daycare, dog grooming, etc.).
They would like to add Kennel to I1 and I2 zone with Major Site Plan Review and for complex vs. center would require change to footnote 5 and to add it to Table A.
Right now there is a definition for Light Industry but it does not appear in any of the use tables. Would like to add Light Industry as a use to Table A and in I1 and I2 zone.
Mini-storage will need its own definition, it does not fit into retail or commercial definition, it would also seem to be a good fit for the I1 & I2 zone.
Ms. Connor will work on definition of Landscaping, lawn care, tree service, etc. and give the Board options as to where it could fit.
Horseback riding/training facility is something that would also need its own definition.
Motion by Ms. Cook and second by Mr. Gove to adjourn the Regular Meeting at 7:55 p.m. VOTE: 4-0
