Valuation Reports Are Now Available!

The Town of South Berwick has added a new easy to use way to view Valuation Reports!

The Valuation Reports are located on the Assessing page in the left side menu.
This link will bring you to a new program where these documents will be stored.
The reports are located in folders by Account Number.

There is a How to Read a Trio Valuation Report to help you navigate the report.
This is located on the Assessing page in the left side menu under Valuation Reports.
